Responsibilities & Key activities:

  • Follow EHSS Rules/regulations and promote for EHSS matters.
  • Perform color matching, translate, and reformulate the color formulation and specification to comply with company requirements and reach the customer expectation.
  • Advise production and QA team to resolve the color issue during production process, including investigation of color complaint to meet customer requirement.
  • Lead the site NLQ (New Line Quality), RMSA (Raw Material Site Assessment), GCSA (Grade Color Set up) process by working with T&I, other company sites and Thailand MFG engineers to ensure the quality of translation process to meet the customer expectation and quality standards.
  • Ensure the SFPP (Shop Floor Paper Package) quality and suitable for Thailand facilities to coordinate with RM planner, Procurement, and production team for Raw Material priority, BOM and SFPP master data.
  • Be site SAP, QM RSU to ensure the master data and smooth QC operation process related to SAP.
  • Ensure raw material incoming inspection process to comply with quality aspect and provide COA for customer.
  • Lead the disposition of off spec product/ RM, including plan for recycle utilization.
  • Maintain QA instrument stability and reliability including machine break down, PM, calibration and Gage R&R performing.
  • Be the site gatekeeper and conduct Good Manufacturing Practice training.
  • Conduct color technology and quality awareness in QA area.
  • Be the Safety Radiation Office (SRO) (เจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยทางรังสี) and the Hazardous Substance Free Management Representative (HMR).
  • Responsible for Implementation and the effectiveness of QMS within his/her function.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in science or chemical Engineering or equivalent demonstrated knowledge.
  • 3 years experience in Color matching or Resin business.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance process, polymer and color science
  • Minimum TOEIC score is 650.
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge.
  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Plastic product stewardship and Safety Radiation knowledge
  • English proficiency and computer literate.
  • Able to work independently, must be a team player, good communication skill, Result-oriented.
