About the job Functional Consultant (HCM)
Job Description:
Functional consultant (HCM) is expected to generate knowledge about the current business process, design current business flows, study current business processes and its complication in all we can say that this is getting through with the current business setup. Flow diagrams and other relevant documents are prepared, all this forms the part of the AS IS document.
Mapping and GAP analysis is done for each module.
Functional consultants are also expected to prepare test scripts for testing the configured scenarios.
Testing may also include System Integration Testing or any client specific software testing.
End user manual and user training is also expected from Functional Consultants
Updating of project status to Project Manager & other concerned persons.
Required Skill Set:
Good process knowledge on HR domain and functions
Incumbent should have good communications skills.
Good Analytical and presentation skills.
Should have hands on experience in managing customer expectations. Should have implemented atleast 1 HRMS product. Modules (HRIS, Leave, Attendance, Payroll, BRE, Travel, Exit, onboarding)
Good understanding of complete Software Development Life Cycle with experience of handling large complex projects end to end.
