1. Job description: IT - Desktop Technician - Intermediate Level


2. Job responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot computer issues

- Setup computer hardware

- Configure computer with administrator accounts

- Administer user accounts e.g. account unlocks and password resets

- Provide IT technical training to users (for Desktop Technician Level 3)


3. Primary skill set:

- Windows 10 client administration

- Active Directories account administration

- Computer network/connection troubleshooting


4. Nice to have skill sets:

- Network infrastructure and troubleshooting

- AD group policies and permissions

- Server management and troubleshooting


5. Soft skill sets

- English and Thai speaking

- Customer service
