About the job Warehouse Assistant Manager/ Manager
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage whole warehouse team to ensure correct picking, packing, restoration and retrieval of pallets/good.
- Ensure equipment, tools and machineries are used in proper manner with good housekeeping.
- Timely update of reports, system transactions and location transfer.
- Coordinate with Procurement on incoming goods.
- Coordinate with Sales and Logistic on outgoing arrangement.
- Liaise with QA on incoming and outgoing procedure.
- Monitor incoming/outgoing transactions and record accordingly.
- Preparing inventory report.
- Responsible for Food Safety System implementation (eg HACCP, GMP, FSSC2200, BRC, IFS, HALAL).
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Specification
Education Level: SPM
Working Experience: 5 years in manufacturing
Require Same Position Level Experience: 2 years in supervisory role
Competency: 1. Good supervisory skills, 2. Basic knowledge in MS Office applications, especially in Excel
