Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage whole warehouse team to ensure correct picking, packing, restoration and retrieval of pallets/good.
  2. Ensure equipment, tools and machineries are used in proper manner with good housekeeping.
  3. Timely update of reports, system transactions and location transfer.
  4. Coordinate with Procurement on incoming goods.
  5. Coordinate with Sales and Logistic on outgoing arrangement.
  6. Liaise with QA on incoming and outgoing procedure.
  7. Monitor incoming/outgoing transactions and record accordingly.
  8. Preparing inventory report.
  9. Responsible for Food Safety System implementation (eg HACCP, GMP, FSSC2200, BRC, IFS, HALAL).
  10. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Specification

Education Level: SPM
Working Experience: 5 years in manufacturing
Require Same Position Level Experience: 2 years in supervisory role
Competency: 1. Good supervisory skills, 2. Basic knowledge in MS Office applications, especially in Excel
