QA Officer:

  • Budget: As per market standards
  • Reports to: QA Manager
  • Team size: 3
  • English Proficiency: Elementary (A2)

Interview Process Details:

  • Rounds: 2 (Initial screening by ADI, final interview with their manager)
  • Communication: In-person for final
  • Interviewers: Department Heads

Work Schedule Information:

  • Working Days: Monday-Friday
  • Hours: 8.00 - 18.00 at the factory

Benefits and Allowances:

  • Annual Leave: 6 days after a year, 8 after 2, 10 after 3.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality Monitoring and Process Control: Oversee QA inspections, manage process control, conduct primary GMP audits, and uphold food safety culture.
  • Internal Quality Audit Program: Implement and manage internal audit plans, reports, and auditor training to reduce corrective action requests.
  • R&D and Food Safety System: Direct R&D recipe control, risk assessments, and develop food safety standards.
  • Lab QA and Document Control: Enhance laboratory operations and manage quality system documentation.

English level requirement: Elementary (A2)

  • Basic understanding and use of everyday expressions and simple phrases.
  • Ability to introduce oneself and others, ask and answer questions about personal details.
  • Can interact in a simple way provided the other person talks slowly and clearly and is prepared to help.
