About the job Digital Marketing Manager
ADI Client is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team in the educational services field.
Main Responsibility
1. Content Strategy and Management
- Develop a content strategy that aligns with both short-term and long-term marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to plan and create content that is consistent in style and layout across all channels.
- Establish and maintain a content/editorial calendar to attract a qualified audience to the company's lead capture channels.
- Edit, proofread, and enhance writers' posts to ensure high quality.
- Coordinate with content writers to ensure brand consistency.
- Optimize content for SEO.
- Utilize content management systems to analyze user engagement metrics.
- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.
- Ensure compliance with copyright and data protection laws.
- Stay updated on industry trends and generate new ideas to attract audience attention and drive lead generation.
2. Content Creation - User generated content and POS
- Develops regular content for social media and website landing pages.
- Writes copy and ensures consistent brand voice across all physical and digital materials.
- Assists with creating outbound content such as blog posts, newsletters, flyers/brochures, webinars, marketing automation, infographics, and more.
3. Collaboration and Co-creation
- Work closely with destination managers, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, and Operations to understand the business streams, product services, targets, clients, and destination insights well.
- Actively participate in planning and brainstorming sessions within the Marketing unit or in collaboration with other units.
4. Support the Head of Marketing
- Plan and report periodically
- Perform duties that may be assigned by the Head of Marketing.
Required experience
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven work experience as a social media/content manager for more than 3 years.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media and content management, including copywriting, social media, and video content creation.
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing.
- Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Research-driven and insightful.
- Quickly grasp business operations.
- Creative mindset. International work experience in ad agencies, FMCG, and social media.
