We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help with our business strategy and acquiring new clients. The perfect candidate will need to gather industry and customer insights, identify trends and opportunities, and establish relationships to position the company as a leading provider of digital solutions to the pharmaceutical industry.

Salary: $3000~$4000 

Duties:

  • Analyze pharmaceutical industry trends and opportunities to create a commercial strategy for the company.
  • Interact with senior decision-makers at multinational and Tier 2 pharmaceutical companies in Vietnam to understand their marketing, branding, and market intelligence needs.
  • Tailor the company's digital marketing services to match pharmaceutical companies' needs and create new service offerings.
  • Contribute to pricing strategy based on customer willingness to pay and competitive benchmarking.
  • Create commercial proposals and sales materials.
  • Lead price negotiations, secure deals, and win service contracts.
  • Supervise contract/project execution and client reporting.
  • Develop key accounts to maximize customer lifetime value and repeat orders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience in mid or senior management roles at reputable pharmaceutical companies in Vietnam in commercial or marketing positions.
  • Preferred knowledge of relevant laws and policies in the Vietnamese medical and pharmaceutical industries.
  • A strong network in the pharmaceutical industry in Vietnam and the Vietnamese or international medical community, including HCOs, KOLs, and regulators.
  • Solid business acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English and fluent in Vietnamese.
  • Inquisitive, organized, proactive, and goal-oriented.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle high levels of ambiguity.
