Group Financial Controller / CFO

A rapidly growing Healthcare multinational, headquartered in Bangkok, and having operations in several countries is looking for a Financial Controller.

Qualification & Experience

The candidate must be a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 7+ years of post qualification work experience, especially in the areas of;

• Budgeting process at the group level and at the operating entity level including its periodic monitoring and Variance analysis.
• Developing, implementing and monitoring MIS reports.
• Compliances with Taxation laws, Corporate laws and other applicable rules and regulations in operating jurisdictions.
• Dealing with Banks and other financial institutions.
• Transfer Pricing compliances
• Preparation of books of accounts of the Group Holding Company
• Ability to evaluate commercial contracts and negotiation will be preferred.

Attributes

• Fluency in English Both written and Verbal is a must
• Must possess the ability to break down the complex problems, carry out the assessment of possible options and propose optimum solution.
• Proficiency in accounting software Tally and other ERPs
• Strong Interpersonal and Teamwork skills.

Reporting

The candidate will report to the Group CEO. The candidate will also participate in the relevant discussions with the board members from time to time
