Responsibilities:

  • 10 15 years of professional experience in a change management of HANA Upgrade.
  • Relevant experience in change management related to transformation programs (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, communication planning and execution, training support and business readiness)
  • Develop and implement change management plans and strategies.
  • Conduct impact assessments to determine potential risks or opportunities of proposed changes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and manage anticipated resistance.
  • Provide coaching to project teams to support successful change implementation.
  • Help create a positive environment to support change.
  • Develop and deliver change management training.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of change management principles
  • Experience with stakeholder analysis and project management
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to effectively lead and manage change processes.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of changing management principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
