Change Manager
Responsibilities:
- 10 15 years of professional experience in a change management of HANA Upgrade.
- Relevant experience in change management related to transformation programs (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, communication planning and execution, training support and business readiness)
- Develop and implement change management plans and strategies.
- Conduct impact assessments to determine potential risks or opportunities of proposed changes.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and manage anticipated resistance.
- Provide coaching to project teams to support successful change implementation.
- Help create a positive environment to support change.
- Develop and deliver change management training.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Thorough understanding of change management principles
- Experience with stakeholder analysis and project management
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to effectively lead and manage change processes.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Knowledge and experience of changing management principles and best practices.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
