Sales Head/National Sales Manager (for Vietnam)

Position: National Sales Manager ( Freight Forwarding)

Client prefers candidates from Vietnam OR Indian-Vietnamese OR an Indian working in Vietnam for 10+ years.

Budget : $ 3000-3200/monthly

Location: Base Ho Chi Minh City

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Execute strategies to drive business in new and convert existing clients.

2. Coordination with Shipping Lines & networking

3. Generate New Business Development & Growth

4. Manage P&L

5. Coordinate with Regional International Business Head for reporting Business plan /P&L & MIS reporting.

6. Coordination with inhouse Operations Team for day to day operations.

7. Continuous Focus on Customer Service & on time response

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business

2. Min 12-15 years' of Sales Experience in OCEAN/SEA Freight Forwarding / Shipping or NVOCC Industry is Must

3. Excellent ENGLISH - written and verbal communication skills.

4. Good Relationship Shipping Lines and have good customer base
