Position Summary:
A leading company in the FMCG sector is seeking an experienced Group Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead its global IT strategy. This executive will drive digital transformation, enhance data management, and ensure IT initiatives support the companys overall business objectives. Key responsibilities include establishing a forward-thinking IT strategy, improving operational efficiency through digital initiatives, and managing IT governance and risk. The CIO will oversee IT operations, manage budgets, lead a diverse IT team, and engage with executive leadership and stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement a robust IT strategy that supports business growth and aligns with organizational goals.
- Digital Transformation: Lead digital initiatives to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and support sustainable practices.
- IT Governance: Maintain IT governance to meet regulatory standards, manage risk, and ensure compliance.
- Technology Innovation: Identify new technologies to enhance processes and service delivery.
- Team & Budget Management: Lead a high-performing IT team and manage the IT budget to ensure effective resource allocation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience, with expertise in strategic planning, digital transformation, and multinational IT operations.
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and emerging tech.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
