About the job Head of Brand Innovation and Market Intelligence
Budget : Not over than 350,000 THB excluding allowance
Working hours : Monday - Friday 8.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. (On-site)
Location : Ramkhamhaeng, Bangkok
Interview process : 2 rounds
Responsibilities :
- Drive internally across different functional key leaders to achieve success of business growth by innovating product/service solutions and expanding brand growth
- Lead and collaborate with CMO to define short- and long-term categories strategies and NPD Roadmaps by category aligning to company goals
- Lead in develop and sell-in the business case to support new product launches and long-term product pipeline to CMO and Senior Management
- Establish and maintain a positive teams spirit with internal and external key stakeholders through effective communication, influencing through NPD process and project management
- Maintain execution roadmap through rigorous prioritization and amendments to ensure the organization achieves goals effectively and efficiently
- Determine the operational plan and budget of functions/units under control including development and integration of Brand Innovation, Market Innovation and Data Insight operational works in line with company directions, goals, policies, and strategies
- Manage the development of product strategies, new product development, and product modification and improvement from market, consumer, and shopper data insight to align IP One product with market needs and identify potential new product opportunities
- Manage market feasibility study and market survey related activities for new product development and product modification to gain consumer feedback and identify the potential of new product development
- Manage IPs consumer data research and analysis, and development of insightful report of all product categories to provide company with strategic advantage on consumer data intelligence for further management initiatives
- Manage IPs shopper and competitor data analytic activities and development of insightful report of all product categories to provide company with strategic advantage on consumer data intelligence for further management initiatives
- Manage the development of space management guideline for all product categories and monitor the deployment to ensure product visibility and space optimization.
Qualifications :
- Thai candidate, aged no more than 55 years.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in Market Intelligence and Brand Innovation within the FMCG industry.
- Have work experience in the NPD process within the FMCG industry.
- Experience in Category Management within the FMCG business is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly in persuasion and interpersonal relations.
- Experience in Consumer Panel data analysis (Nielsen, Dunnhumby, and Kantar).
- Proficient in English.
