Positions : Sales Lead for Dreame products
Budget : Not over than 120,000 THB excluding monthly commission
Working hours : Monday Saturday at 9.00 a.m. 6.00 p.m. (Hybrid work - 2 days to work at office)
Location: Charoennakorn Road, Bangkok (near Icon Siam)
Interview process : 3 rounds. 1st online interview with HR Team (Thai), and 2nd face-to-face interview with Sales Director (Chinese, Interview in English), and 3rd face-to-face interview with CEO (Chinese, but Thai speaking)
Responsibilities :
- Directly reports to the CEO and supervises a team of 3 members, including a Senior Sales representative.
- Develop and expand the key account market segment, including distributors, dealers, and partners.
- Ensure that overall sales targets and gross profit align with company goals, policies, and strategic plans.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team on budgeting, planning, and demand forecasting.
- Monitor competitor activities in the market and implement necessary corrective actions to maintain a competitive position.
- Increase sales, manage the team, oversee overall team performance, and develop strategic plans for product categories within the team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, execute activity plans, and coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to introduce new products to customers.
- Work with customers to launch sales promotions and drive product awareness.
Qualifications :
- Thai nationality, aged between 30-35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the electronics distribution industry, specifically in dash cameras, electrical appliances, air purifiers, and hair dryers, with a minimum of 3 years of team management experience.
- Strong connections and store account management experience with retailers such as HomePro, Central, Com7 and PowerBuy or any other gadget retailers.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive sales teams, manage people effectively, and communicate fluently in face-to-face interactions.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and on weekends when required.
- Must own a car and hold a valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and team motivation skills to drive performance and meet KPIs.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
