About the job System Engineer Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supplier Management:
- Manage agreements such as NDA, Master agreement and other agreements with supplier.
- Manage the procurement process with supplier from send request until issue purchase order to supplier.
- Manage and improve supplier software development quality from requirement gathering, design, development, testing and go live.
- Verify deliverables submit from supplier.
- Find new local partners in Thailand to expand the business.
Customer Management:
- Gather the customers requirement.
- Consider solution against customer requirement.
- Conduct Fit & Gap analysis.
- Create proposal which includes scope of work, WBS, Project Plan, Organization and Deliverables.
- Proposal should surpass other competitors.
- Introducing IoT digital, ERP and other core Hitachi Solution to customer.
Project Management
- Manage project progress in terms of schedule and cost.
- Manage project deliverables include quality.
Internal Management:
- Improve internal system engineering process and quality management.
- Manage subordinate work performance.
- Manage to archive revenue and profit with define target from management.
- Qualifications:
Have project management experience to support entire processes of system implementation which starting from requirement gathering followed by design, development, test, migration, before or after go-live support. - Have a knowledge and experience for various kind of system, like ERP, IoT such as Production side system, video analysis, AI, etc.
- Having fundamental IT knowledge level. (Application development, hardware, operating system, database, programming languages, networking, web application, etc.)
- Interpersonal & Communication skills, Positive mentality (Independence, Initiative, Spontaneous) Vendor & Customer & Resource management skills Capable to analyze the customer requirement and design overall system specification and concept.
- Fluent English language. Self-disciplined and responsible to work. Learning from experience, Not repeating similar mistakes again
