Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as Customer Service Team Lead in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving customer issues while maintaining a professional and positive environment.
Qualifications
- Customer satisfaction and customer support skills.
- Must have international voice process experience.
- Customer service management and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a team and handle customer escalations.
- Experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
