Job Title: Commissioning (CxA) (Lead / Manager)

Qualification: Diploma / Graduate from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Software Skills: Autocad/ Microsoft office, MS projects

Experience: 10-16 Years of experience in Projects / Operations / Contacts / Design of Mechanical,

Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, LV & other Systems.

Job Requirement:

Worked on MEP Commissioning projects as a Commissioning Manager or Project Lead & execute

following responsibilities:

Front end the project execution & execute the services assigned as per the client requirements &

timelines. Manages day to day project matters related to the service & gets the project executed with

help of Supporting Engineers.

1. Lead Execute & Manage Day to Day project tasks as per project requirements for Testing &

Commissioning activities.

2. Participating in weekly meetings & regular project team interactions.

3. Be a point of Contact for the project team for execution & all the site related activities.

4. Report to the CxA Head & CxA Manager w.r.t. day to day work progress & updates as required.

5. Motivate the team to complete the projects in an effective and timely manner.

6. Preparing required documents for Project delivery.

7. Co-ordinate with different project team members from other consultants or contactors for

delivering project in timely & quality manner

8. To understand the requirements of the projects & details of the projects

9. Report to the higher management on regular basis on project status & updates.

10. Keep Project on track with timely observations & Documentations.

11. Give Time to time consultations, on execution of Project activities, technical aspects

12. Assigns responsibilities to supporting Engineers & gets the project executed with help of them.

13. Prepare necessary CxA Documentation as per project requirements.

14. Checking Documents Prepared by Contractors / Support Engineers as part of review & approval

process.

15. Also review internal documentation prior to Submission to Client or any authority.

16. Having a close check on Contractors & Supporting Engineers work towards service delivery.

17. Complete the project within timelines & meet the Client requirements.

18. Keeping a close interaction with project team for new upcoming projects & opportunities for

business.

19. Guide Supporting Engineers for the service offered for the project.

20. Help in developing & documenting case studies for the project.

21. Keep track of Project milestones & project schedule. Update & highlight delays or any critical

events to clients / PM / Internal team members.

22. Develop & Maintain Healthy professional relationships with other project team members such

as Architects, PMCs MEP Designers, Cost Consultants, Contractors.
