Job Description:

  • Financial Data Consolidation & Analysis:
    • Consolidate and analyze diverse financial data, including market data, bank statements, and capital account statements.
    • Develop and implement advanced cash flow planning strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Market Trends & Benchmarking: Monitor and assess market trends, perform benchmarking against financial performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Portfolio Performance Monitoring:
    • Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of investment portfolios.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive monthly and quarterly portfolio presentations and benchmarking reports for management review.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise directly with external bankers and fund managers on various investment-related matters.
  • Financial Modeling & Due Diligence: Develop detailed financial models and conduct thorough due diligence on startup companies and various funds.
  • Data Management & Compliance: Ensure diligent data management, including file organization, KYC compliance, and adherence to procedural regulations.
  • Administrative & Auditing Compliance: Manage auditing processes, administrative tasks, documentation, and basic record-keeping for Volta Circle.
  • Ad-Hoc Project Support: Provide support on various ad-hoc projects as required by management.

Preferred Skill Set:

  • Qualifications: CPA or bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in investment management, auditing, accounting, finance, business strategy, or related functions.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong understanding of investments and various asset classes.
    • Solid grasp of financial metrics, ratios, KPIs, and financial modeling.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
