HR and Administrative Manager (Thailand)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's administrative center, overseeing public relations, human resources, administration, and finance, and supervising procurement and import/export operations.
- Initially responsible for establishing the branch factory around Bangkok, including site selection, factory construction, company registration, bank account opening, and tax registration.
- Communicate and handle matters with third parties and local government, maintaining good public relations and establishing the companys image.
- Manage daily administrative tasks and compensation incentives for the branch office.
- Formulate and revise various work procedures and regulations for the branch.
- Handle personnel recruitment for the branch, and assist with the appointment and removal of key personnel in coordination with headquarters.
- Manage and organize daily work for the branch: develop annual performance plans and budgets, analyze and reasonably structure the organization, motivate and evaluate staff, and approve expenditures and income.
- Conduct employee training, maintain team building, motivate employee potential, and ensure the growth of team hierarchy.
- Address various emergency situations, safety, and hygiene issues in the branch.
Qualifications:
- College degree or above, proficiency in Chinese and Thai, with fluency in English preferred.
- Familiarity with Thai human resources and import/export operations.
- At least 5 years of management experience, with preference for those with experience in the valve or metal manufacturing industry.
- Preference for local Thais and Thai-Chinese in Thailand.
- Strong adaptability, management skills, communication and coordination abilities, and learning capacity, with ambition and responsibility.
Compensation: Negotiable.
