About the job Strategic Account & Demand Generation Manager
Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in driving the growth of business geographical expansion in the Proptech industry by fostering strategic partnerships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategies to engage & collaborate with corporate clients to drive up Rooms Occupancy Rate
- Establish and nurture partnerships with universities, colleges, airlines, and other strategic partners to fulfil demand for rental properties and related services.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Conduct research on the targeting area and analyze market trends to identify opportunities to source for demand and supply, ensuring a balanced portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Supply, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Finance, to align strategies and deliver integrated solutions.
- Work collaboratively to meet the needs of corporate clients and drive business success through effective coordination and communication.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any field of studies
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate business development, sales, client servicing, or client facing role
- Good understanding of local scene property market, specifically in Johor
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Willing to be based in Johor Bahru with accommodation provided
