About the job General Manager

We are a leading Taiwan-based software corporation with nearly 20 years of history, providing proprietary software products and system integration services to clients in various industries, including financial institutions, technology companies, large online and offline retailers, logistics service providers, and government agencies. We have established long-term partnerships with many of our clients.

In the past 20 years since started up, our business has grown rapidly in the domestic market, with the current 3 years achieving 30% CAGR. We also have invested heavy resources since the 2020s to develop high growth markets in Asia and project these markets to account for nearly half of our company business in the next 3 to 4 years.

To support our rapid business growth over the past decade, we have completed several rounds of fundraising from financial institutions, venture capital firms, private equity, and private investors. We are now actively preparing for an initial public offering in the stock market, which we expect to complete within 1 to 2 years.

We are actively recruiting a General Manager in Thailand who will be responsible for leading business development and operational management at the executive level. Qualified candidates will receive a salary commensurate with the APAC executive market standard, as well as non-monetary rewards, including stock options.

Responsibilities
1. Lead the establishment of the team, oversee company and team operations,
and manage personnel in the Thailand subsidiary, and foster a positive work
culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
2. Execute and deliver projects for local clients in Thailand, while develop and
implement strategic plans to ensure the growth and success of the Thailand
division.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partnersto expand
market share and facilitate growth as well as sales revenue.
4. Establish company management mechanismsto support project delivery for
clients outside of Thailand while Collaborate with other departments and
divisions to ensure alignment and synergy across the organization.
5. Align with corporate policies to achieve profit objectives while Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications
1. Work experience in the software industry, including IT system integration
companies, IT system suppliers, IT service providers, digital construction, data
analysis, artificial intelligence (AI), Fintech, and other B2B software industries.
Preferably, candidates should have certain work experience in European or
American multinational.
2. At least 10 years of management experience, with candidates having gradually progressed to the highest management position including but not limited to experience in project management, product development, technical services, or business development fields.
3. Proven people and business management abilities, having led a department or functional team with over 20 people.
4. Successfully initiated or transformed a business or functional unit in the later stage of the career and received recognition from both internal and external parties.
5. Candidates with elementary Mandarin or professional English communication skills, along with at least 2 years of experience working in Asia or frequent travel to Asia for business development, will also be considered.
6. Experience working with mid to large-sized private enterprises, state-owned
enterprises, or government agencies in Thailand, as a client, business developer, or service provider, would be a plus.
7. Experience in enterprise culture transformation with strong team spirit, and
experience in prioritizing employee growth and promoting corporation culture
reformation would also be valued.
