Core Key Responsibilities
- Business Performance Management
- Responsible for all financial reporting requirements.
- Prepare monthly performance packs that are provided to the management showing performance and key issues/opportunities against our plan.
- Submission of monthly reports, quarterly reports of all related financial statements & information to regional/group Finance.
- Analysis project costing to make sure profitability in line with company standard.
- Tracked CAPEX actual spending against budget/forecast by department.
- Preparing budgeting and forecast to reflect the latest target with up to date situation.
- Prepare customer profitability analysis and identify areas for improvement to management.
- Develop a financial analysis report to support management level.
- Follow the G4S Golden Rules - consider your safety and the safety of others.
- Comply with G4S OHS Policy and procedures, including Safe Work Method Statements and Operating Instructions.
- Undertake all required OHS training.
- Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
- Report all OHS issues, hazards and incidents promptly to your Supervisor.
- Participate in incident investigations; OHS risk assessments and audits as required.
- Be aware of the relevance and importance of your activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives by following G4S policies, procedures, quality Framework and operating instructions.

- Decision Support
- To identify value enhancing opportunities whilst acting as internal consultant on projects.
- Preparing financial analysis to support decision making on new customer pricing for cash solution division.
- Actively support and drive Strategic Planning & Mission process and divisional plan.
- Provide KPI/Dashboard tools to track business performance against plan.
- Provide data to support change management on new initiatives projects as assigned i.e. cost saving, survey, market research.
- Converting/driving analysis through to insight - answering the "why" questions not just "what".

- High proficiency in English for both speaking and writing.
- Computer literacy preferable in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint presentation environment.

- Self-motivated and able to determine problems and provide viable solutions to both customer requirements and teamwork
- Proficient in Thai and English languages, written and spoken
- Proficient in computer literacy, i.e. Microsoft Office, Google
- Be willing to work and relocate anywhere in the country
- Positive mentality and positive Can Do attitude.
Education
- Bachelor's-Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or MBA
Experiences
- At least 2 years experience in Financial Planning & Analyst role, either civilian or disciplined services or commercial security experience
