Japanese Speaking Sales Machine

*Background of hiring : Previous sales resigned in March 2024(from Trading industry so knowledge is not enough) and looking for the replacement but from Machine Manufacturing company.
*Report to Japanese Director and communicate with 2 sales staffs in Hanoi.
(Training in Hanoi during probation)
*Why need Japanese? To communicate with Japanese expats in the company in case new expats cant speak English.
*Company arranges rental car with a driver for Visiting clients.
*Company wants this position to develop non-Japanese clients such as Vietnamese clients or Chinese or others
*Clients should be plastic molding factories in any industries such as Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Home appliance and Construction materials, etc.

-At first, take over existing clients around 20-30 accounts and visit them for greeting.
-Develop new clients constantly by making appointment and visiting from cold call, exhibition, business meet-up, etc
-Present the companys products : variety of machines
-Issue quotations, submit it clients and get the feedbacks.
-Ask logistics staff for import process from Thailand or China, once clients have ordered the machines.
-Attend loading work for machines to client factory with engineer staffs depending on clients demand.
- In the future, might have opportunities for oversea business trip.

Requirement :

- Bachelors degree

- Age 25-35, Male/Female
- MUST : Experience in Machine Manufacturing company as Sales (or Sales Coordinator : We can suggest)
- Japanese Language : JLPT N2 or Same level of Japanese(Business level) without certificate
- Someone who can go to business trip including overseas such as Thailand, China, and Japan.

- Active person for business development (Not like sitting in the office all day)
- Knowledge in Import & Export such as Incoterms(CIF, FOB, etc)
