National Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding/ NVOCC)

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of Sea Freight Forwarding / Logistics Industry. Prospecting and developing New Business Development & maintain healthy relationships with customers. Must have his/her own Customer base and ensure Business Growth as self-starter.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute strategies to drive business in new and convert existing clients.
2. Coordination with Shipping Lines & networking
3. Generate New Business Development & Growth
4. Manage P&L
5. Coordinate with Regional International Business Head for reporting Business plan /P&L & MIS reporting.
6. Coordination with inhouse Operations Team for day to day operations.
7. Continuous Focus on Customer Service & on time response
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
2. Min 12-15 years' of Sales Experience in OCEAN/SEA Freight Forwarding / Shipping or NVOCC Industry is Must
3. Excellent ENGLISH - written and verbal communication skills.
4. Good Relationship Shipping Lines and have good customer base
