About the job AVP/VP - SME Sales
As a AVP / VP Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Drive sales team to bring in more business
- Keep abreast with industry trends, related regulations and competitors activities
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, lead presentations with key business stakeholders, motivate and ensure a highly effective sales team.
What you will be doing:
- Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop sales and distribution policies that reflect the organization's goals.
- Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Establish guidelines to manage customer relationships.
- Foster relationships with new partners to achieve desired revenue.
- Influence senior stakeholders within customers' organizations and premier borrowers in the industry.
- Investigate factors impacting sales performance.
- Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities.
- Outline objectives in key target areas such as sales volume, market share, distribution channels and profit margins to guide promotions and sponsorships
- Participate in forums to align with new changes in the industry and practices.
- Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs.
- Provide advice when preparing bid documents and integrated proposals for key accounts.
- Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets.
- Recommend changes in pricing structures in product lines or products.
- Review sales performance by analyzing performance reports

- Team Management: experience in managing a team and providing guidance for professional development
- Sales Management: experience in developing sales strategies, executing plans, and analyzing sales data
- Communication Skills: Strong influencing, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of market and competitor landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Thai and English
- Experience in SME Lending or A/P & A/R Financing for at least 8 years
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
