About the job Sales Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key segment accounts to drive business growth, using a sales excellence process.
- Meet sales targets and objectives, both for short-term and long-term goals.
- Develop and execute direct sales strategies, especially with Key Account and OEM customers.
- Oversee assigned accounts and manage activities to maximize results.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential customers within relevant industries.
- Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness.
- Continuously improve operational excellence and provide value-added services.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in selling
- Experience in the heavy industry or related fields is highly preferred.
- Proven success in achieving sales goals, with a results-driven, proactive approach.
- Energetic, well-organized, and self-motivated.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in computer use.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including weekly travel.
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to identify and meet customer needs through innovation.
- Ability to engage with customers, internal teams, senior managers, and key stakeholders.
- Skilled in closing sales and developing business proposals with a focus on value-based selling.
- Demonstrates a strong capacity for learning and sharing knowledge with others.
