About the job Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key segment accounts to drive business growth, using a sales excellence process.
  • Meet sales targets and objectives, both for short-term and long-term goals.
  • Develop and execute direct sales strategies, especially with Key Account and OEM customers.
  • Oversee assigned accounts and manage activities to maximize results.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential customers within relevant industries.
  • Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness.
  • Continuously improve operational excellence and provide value-added services.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling 
  • Experience in the heavy industry or related fields is highly preferred.
  • Proven success in achieving sales goals, with a results-driven, proactive approach.
  • Energetic, well-organized, and self-motivated.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in computer use.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including weekly travel.
  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to identify and meet customer needs through innovation.
  • Ability to engage with customers, internal teams, senior managers, and key stakeholders.
  • Skilled in closing sales and developing business proposals with a focus on value-based selling.
  • Demonstrates a strong capacity for learning and sharing knowledge with others.
