Job Description

  • Manage end to end consulting projects along with stakeholder management
  • Identify key opportunity areas in conjunction with Process/Domain SMEs across geographies to come up with Transformation initiatives and plan aligned to strategy and business outcomes
  • Review new and existing processes, resources and systems, making and overseeing any changes to the organization and its underpinning capabilities
  • Work with key senior stakeholders to steer the build-up and enhancement of the prioritized organizational capabilities
  • Manage relationships and activities in conjunction with Business Partners (Operations, Capability, IT, Client Partners)
  • Manage the outcomes of the transformation and strategic initiatives, track delivery and govern key cross functional processes
  • Must bridge any gap between the departments and maintain strong communications across all aspects of the company. They should help colleagues understand the company more fully and clarify the reasons behind any change
  • Support New Deals by giving Digital driven solutions and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful submission
  • Achieving set company goals via evolving capabilities and can involve running focus groups, workshops and coaching staff
  • Should be a value architect & Innovation manager for any domain/Industry i.e. Insurance, Retail, Advertisement
  • Must bridge any gap between the departments and maintain strong communications across all aspects of the company.

Qualifications

  • Hands on experience on knowledge of new age technology
  • 10+ years of total experience and 5+ years in digital transformation consulting
  • Excellent Mandarin & English language skillset.
  • Experience in managing front/middle office projects, improving customer experience i.e. CSAT/NPS
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and Customer centric mindset
  • Proven communication skills and ability to lead teams such as with knowledge harvesting, upskilling, innovation etc.
  • Expertise in using MS Office, Minitab, Power BI
  • Hands on experience to create solutions & support executing projects on RPA, speech & text analytics, chatbot, etc
  • Technical expertise regarding various means of project management / Agile/ Waterfall etc
  • Must have strong work ethics
  • Must be well organized, detailed oriented and a self-starter
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
  • Flexible to work across time zones
  • Flexible to Travel
