Job Title: Head of Operations

Department: Family Office Back Office

Geographical Scope: Back Office (Dubai, Myanmar, Thailand)
Investment Locations: (UK, Greece, Italy, Switzerland, Colombia)

Reports to: CEO

Key Relationships:
Internal: Management and coordination across all family office department.
External: Coordinate with the majority of family office external service providers, regulatory authorities and advisors.

Job Function:
Responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations of the multi family office department.
Ensure all regional operations are aligned with the management companys long-term objectives.
Based in Dubai with either monthly or quarterly travel to other back offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the back office operations across Myanmar, Dubai, and Thailand, ensuring seamless execution of processes in each region.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including local advisors, service providers, and legal teams, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently across all regions.
  • Ensure that all back-office operations comply with the local regulatory requirements for as well as broader
    international standards and family office policies.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity in all regions, considering local regulatory and business environments.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of all required reports reflecting the operations.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls, operational procedures, and documentation for audits for each department.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to all back-office processes.
  • Coordinate and manage all departments within the family office.
  • Ensure the protection and confidentiality of sensitive family office information across regions.

Experience:

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in back office operations and management.

Skills:


  • Strong understanding of back office operations and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks, such as family councils, boards of advisors, and other decision making structures.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing teams.
