1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking an HR Director to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. In this pivotal role, you will have a crucial role in driving the company people strategy and ensuring the effective functioning of HR operations. Strategic HR Management:
- Collaborate with leadership to formulate and execute HR strategies that align with business goals/objectives.
- Design and evaluate overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance to legal standards in all HR management activities.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Act as a primary contact for employee relations matters, offering guidance and resolutions.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related topics.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, including training and development programs, recognition efforts, and satisfaction surveys.
- Nurture a constructive working environment.
Performance Management and Development:
- Create and oversee effective performance management programs.
- Manage and supervise a performance appraisal system.
- Identify training needs and oversee training programs.
People Operations and Administration:
- Implement and enhance people operations processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date employee records.
- Manage HR-related transactions, including benefits administration, leave management, and inquiries.
- Work in conjunction with the payroll team to guarantee accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Maintain pay plans and benefits programs.
Recruitment and Talent Management:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business requirements through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
Reporting and Decision Support:
- Provide management with reports and support for decision-making through HR metrics.
2. QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the HR function including Operations and HR Business Partner roles.
- Depth knowledge of Compensation and Benefits, as well as labor code and social insurance laws in Vietnam, is necessary.
- Proven experience in developing and optimizing HR-related policies and regulations is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are needed to building relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Proficiency in English communication
- Agile mindset, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask.
- Experience in a high-paced work environment.
