About the job Operation Executive
Responsibilities
- Working with suppliers, vendors and customers
- Provide support for marketing and events coordination.
- Assist in preparing pricelists and quotations for customers, reviewing terms for sales contracts and purchase orders, such as stock availability, etc.
- Follow up with customers and ensure full payment is received.
- Assist in application and renewal of regulatory authorities licenses whenever required.
- Ensure proper record filing/documentation and accurate inventory movements.
- Preparation of monthly management reports.
- Manage office operations and procedures, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient office functioning.
- Oversee administrative clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences as required.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirement:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
- 2-5 year of working experience and has the relevant experience in the following area such as: Sales support/Sales admin/Administrator/operations/inventory control
- Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is a plus.
- An organized, meticulous, and disciplined person with a good eye for details
- Able to work in teams as well as independently.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, excel and PowerPoint)
