Responsibilities
  • Working with suppliers, vendors and customers
  • Provide support for marketing and events coordination.
  • Assist in preparing pricelists and quotations for customers, reviewing terms for sales contracts and purchase orders, such as stock availability, etc.
  • Follow up with customers and ensure full payment is received.
  • Assist in application and renewal of regulatory authorities licenses whenever required.
  • Ensure proper record filing/documentation and accurate inventory movements.
  • Preparation of monthly management reports.
  • Manage office operations and procedures, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient office functioning.
  • Oversee administrative clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences as required.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Requirement:

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
  • 2-5 year of working experience and has the relevant experience in the following area such as: Sales support/Sales admin/Administrator/operations/inventory control
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is a plus.
  • An organized, meticulous, and disciplined person with a good eye for details
  • Able to work in teams as well as independently.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, excel and PowerPoint)
