Job Title: Sales Executive

  • Location: 10th Floor, Room C2 719, KPN Tower Rama IX Rd, Bang Kapi, Huai Khwang, Bangkok 10310, Thailand
  • Salary Range: 40,000 - 50,000 THB / Month
  • Nationality Required: Thai
  • Languages: English and Thai
  • Experience Required: 5-6 years of Sales in freight forwarding is a must. Logistics industry sales is second priority.
  • Working Days & Hours:
    • Days: Monday Friday
    • Time: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
    • Dress Code: Formal (Monday Thursday), Semi Casual (Friday)
  • Interview Rounds: 2-3 face-to-face rounds with Thai and Indian Nationals from the Management Teams.

Job Overview: The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role involves working closely with the sales team and management to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics sector. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to generate new sales.
  • Client Management: Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present sales proposals, including pricing, terms, and conditions. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals. Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience of Sales in freight forwarding is a must. Experience with multinational companies (MNCs) is preferred.

  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Thai. Ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
