Job Summary
- Assist the funds principals in providing services pertaining for High Net Worth Clients who have investment with the fund.
- Coordinate with the funds counterparties, partners, accounts, auditors, custodians, and legal counsels.
Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Preparing, processing and completing all fund related documents including but not limited to new account opening in each product and all requests for existing clients regarding information change, compliance related documents.
- Processing all documents related to the counterparties (custodians, auditors, custodians, and investment into other funds etc) needed to execute transactions for all fund products.
- Preparing documents for client presentation.
- Taking, executing and confirming redemption and subscription orders for the fund.
- Responding to client regarding the fund investment theme.
- Accompany the Funds principals when meet client.
- Assisting the funds principals in servicing and analyzing financial results for clients.
Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- New graduated are welcome
- Willing to work in this position for at least 2.5-3 years
- Preferred if possess Single License or able to acquire one in due course
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of PC and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Power Point)
