Job Summary

  • Assist the funds principals in providing services pertaining for High Net Worth Clients who have investment with the fund.
  • Coordinate with the funds counterparties, partners, accounts, auditors, custodians, and legal counsels.

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Preparing, processing and completing all fund related documents including but not limited to new account opening in each product and all requests for existing clients regarding information change, compliance related documents.
  • Processing all documents related to the counterparties (custodians, auditors, custodians, and investment into other funds etc) needed to execute transactions for all fund products.
  • Preparing documents for client presentation.
  • Taking, executing and confirming redemption and subscription orders for the fund.
  • Responding to client regarding the fund investment theme.
  • Accompany the Funds principals when meet client.
  • Assisting the funds principals in servicing and analyzing financial results for clients.

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • New graduated are welcome
  • Willing to work in this position for at least 2.5-3 years
  • Preferred if possess Single License or able to acquire one in due course
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of PC and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Power Point)
