About the job Communication Officer
Digital Content:
Develop effective and engaging online media and communications strategies that support and promote Client work and activities.
Develop and execute content/stories for websites, social media platforms, digital content publishing and video production and coordination.
Social Media:
Ability to recognise external media opportunities.
Handle and manage media inquiries to enhance the coverage in variety of media.
Website management and administrator
o Set up and update websites content.
o Liaise with internal resources regarding the day-to-day management of the website.
o Liaise with agencies or developer to implement and support websites.
Graphic Design:
Create and design various materials for digital and print materials.
Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
Proficiency in the following statistical software Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AI Design tools.
Communications:
Understand the content of the research at Client both domestically and internationally as well as other related activities to communicate to public (including medical personnel, press, policy makers and related stakeholders)
Work with communications team members to conceptualize and implement (and/or facilitate) communications strategies, contents, campaign, and media.
Ensure that all communications, contents, and materials align with Clients vision.
Maintain the community engagement effectively to enhance Clients partnership with external networks including but not limited to SAPPHIRE, GEAR, HTAsiaLink, PMAC and ISPH
Establish and maintain relationships among research networks, funders, and any public interest groups.
Coordinate with Clients International Unit and Research Unit related to briefing / requirements for producing knowledge management, contents, and other research outputs.
Keep up to date on trends including but not limited to public health, Health Technology Assessment and able to plan out the communications material in an appropriate manner.
Other duties as assigned.
