  • Job Description:

    1. Develop sales plans and targets for the sales team.
    2. Create plans for activities to stimulate sales among new customer groups.
    3. Supervise and provide guidance to the sales team.
    4. Coordinate and oversee customer service activities to ensure proper customer care.
    5. Prepare monthly summary reports of expected orders and communicate them to the sales team.
    6. Compile monthly progress reports on sales activities to be sent to the Japanese head office.
    7. Coordinate with the Japanese head office to discuss and plan necessary business strategies to enhance sales efficiency.
    8. Explore new business opportunities.
    9. Maintain customer satisfaction and build good relationships with clients.
    10. Create a schedule for customer visits.
    11. Handle technical questions and inquiries from customers.

    Qualifications:

    • Male or female, age not exceeding 45 years old.
    • Bachelor's degree graduate.
    • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the automotive components industry.
    • Experience in organizing various events to promote sales.
    • Positive work attitude, good teamwork skills, and managerial skills.
    • Proficiency in Japanese communication
