Assistant General Manager (Thailand)

Responsibilities:

  1. Acts as the agent of the General Manager.
  2. Assists the General Manager in organizational, team building, and management system construction (including compensation and performance).
  3. Assists the General Manager in daily management and operations, coordinating departmental affairs and daily matters.
  4. Assists the General Manager in establishing good cooperation with external departments such as suppliers and government agencies, and is responsible for receiving company guests.
  5. Responsible for all translation work required by the company, including language and document translation.
  6. Organizes various office meetings and important activities, drafts and publishes meeting minutes, and supervises the implementation of meeting resolutions.
  7. Handles internal and external document processing, addresses letters and visits, and reports and handles matters promptly.
  8. Completes other tasks assigned by company leaders.

Qualifications:

  1. College degree or above, male preferred, proficient in Chinese and Thai, proficiency in English is preferred.
  2. Experience in the mechanical or valve industry is preferred.
  3. At least 3 years of management experience, with relevant experience preferred.
  4. Familiar with Thai tax, administrative affairs, and culture.
  5. Preference for local Thais and Thai-Chinese in Thailand.
  6. Strong adaptability, communication, coordination, and learning abilities, with ambition and responsibility.

Compensation: Negotiable.
