1. This position reports to the Asia Pacific Multi-countries Retail Head, who is a Chinese, and based in Bangkok too.

2. This role is an "outsourcing" hire role, as our client does not have a legal entity in place in Thailand yet.

3. APAC multi-countries include: Thailand, Hong Kong, Philippines, Srilanka, Cambodia, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Laos, and Nepal.

(Note : does not include Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia)

4. The reason why this role is based in Thailand is because out of these countries, Thailand is the most promising market for our client so far.

5. Candidates should be native Thai, if not, must have valid Works Permit in Thailand. English will be the prime working language, while Chinese is just "nice to have".

6. Candidates should have the prime retail Field Force management background for Thailand, while with some understandings of the methodologies for the other listed countries will be good enough. Some business travels to the other countries may be needed, but not that frequent. In terms of workload, Thailand itself may be up to more than 60%.

7. Target candidates are from other Smartphone/Smart device vendors, if not, then consumer electronics products, and if not, then FMCG (lowest preference).

7. No salary range budget is given, but said, will depend on the existing earning level of the selected candidate, and with certain increments to be offered.



Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall work of the retail Field Force (FF)
in the expansion countries.

1. Organization: FF organizational structure, job responsibilities
specification, KPI design, workflow design, adapted to the
characteristics of the local market and business needs.
2. FF Planning and Management: Conduct overall FF planning based on
business needs, assist in designing FF management specifications,
follow up on personnel entry and exit, ensure personnel availability to
meet retail business needs. Design target assessment, incentive
schemes, etc., to continuously improve personnel productivity.
3. Retail IT System Operation: Promote the use of retail IT systems among
agents to enhance the scientific and efficient management of
personnel

Requirements:
1. Over 3 years of retail work experience in the Asia-Pacific region,
experience in the smart terminal device industry is preferred.
2. Strong ability to work under pressure, able to adapt to fast-paced work,
and possess multi-task handling capabilities.
3. Proficiency in English as a working language, good cross-cultural and
cross-team communication skills. Being able to speak Chinese is
preffered
