Responsibilities :

  • A proficient level of experience in interior design concepts such as space planning, furniture, fixtures, and product research
  • Manage of projects to meet target deadlines and budgets conceptualize, execute and implement creative ideas.
  • Follow approved estimating practices consistent with corporate guidelines. Ensure such practices result in the most complete estimates possible while ensuring the financial objectives are met
  • Plan & organize the execution works, oversee contractors, suppliers and other resources required for the project
  • Timely and accurately communicate project performance, issues/concerns and risks through the required reporting mechanism
  • Provides improvement recommendations to cost estimating procedures to reduce future discrepancies between estimated and actual costs
  • Identifies cost trends to assist management in cost reduction and process improvement efforts Creative and innovative with a proven ability to craft strong design concepts and prepare efficient layout solutions
  • Handle general office procedures, such as processing purchase orders, ordering supplies and general office equipment

  • Flexibility in handling multiple projects, including reviewing the building structures of both the old and new stores.

Qualifications :

  • Thai candidates and age is under 50 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of design and project management experience for a store setting in commercial interior fit-outs for sports, lifestyle, fashion, shoes, apparel, or luxury brands, encompassing various sizes and colors, managing very tight timeframes, and delivering high-end finishes is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with cross-departmental teams, landlords, consultants, and vendors.
  • Capable of coordinating with contractors such as electricians, carpenters, and tilers, while also controlling construction costs and budgets.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF Editor.
  • Excels under pressure and maintains a calm demeanor.
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates strong time management skills, maintains project correspondence, and meets strict deadlines.
  • Reliable, focused, and detail-oriented.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
