Interview Process Details:

Work Schedule Information:

  • Working Days: Monday-Friday
  • Hours: 9.00 - 18.00

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically manage and cultivate relationships with modern trade customers, ensuring sales performance maximization through effective merchandising, promotions, and sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shopfront managers and related personnel.
  • Conduct regular store visits for operational efficiency and competitive analysis, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with our internal team to broaden our customer base in modern trade channels and Blue Elephant shops.
  • Liaise closely with the operations team to ensure product availability, quality, and uniformity across sales channels.
  • Support and contribute to other sales functions, fostering a team-oriented approach to success.
  • Oversee and fine-tune monthly sales budgets and strategic planning across various channels.

Personality requirements:

English level requirement: Lower Intermediate (B1)

  • Basic grammatical proficiency with occasional errors, not hindering overall comprehension.
  • Basic understanding of cultural references in English, aiding in effective customer interactions.
