E-commerce Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven E-commerce Manager to join our team at Talaypu Natural Products Co., Ltd.

Job Description

• Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy to achieve companys sales target both marketplace (Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok shop) and social commerce.
• Be responsible for developing and executing E-commerce plans for each of our brands, for driving online sales
• Initiate marketing strategies/tactics, platform tactics and promotions to drive E-commerce sales for each channel.
• Develop and expand E-commerce to new marketplace, new websites, new partners.
• Develop and manage team members to complete all tasks systematically on agreed time.
• Work closely with brand team/digital media team and ensure launch new product and marketing campaigns are executed on time.
• Drive e-commerce smooth execution and work well with accounting, Supply chain, etc. to ensure both sales and operation are integrated.
• Monitor, tracking and analyses performance then create improvement plan to ensure sales growth.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of working experience in E-commerce online sales all platforms
• Understand and able to guide team on E-commerce platform Lazada, Shopee and Tiktok shop.
• Analytical thinking in E-commerce.
• Understanding of E-commerce and technology and digital trends
• Experience in personal care industries would be advantage
• Familiar with online media and Conversion ads Facebook CPAS, In-app ads, Tiktok shopping Ads, etc. would be advantage
