Area Manager and Assistant Manager Agency
Location- South Okalapa Towship
9 AM to 5 PM (Monday to Friday)
Reporting to Head of Agency
Responsibility
- Planning & implementing all the marketing, sales and customer care related activities for the Assigned Area.
- Set and achieve Assigned Area targets
- Recruitment & training of Sales personnel.
- Promote & manage the productivity of the field force.
- Monitor and review function and take corrective actions
- Competition tracking and analysis.
- Accountable for overall profitability of the Assigned Area.
- Ensure compliance of the Assigned Area on all audits and regulatory standards
- Manage operating costs and supervise day to day operations
- Supervise in upkeep of the Office Premises
Requirements
- At least 6 8 years of experience of which 4 years preferably in Agency/Retail Sales & Head of Profit Centre.

- Graduates and above with good communication Skill
- English Speaking is must.
