Area Manager and Assistant Manager Agency

Location- South Okalapa Towship

9 AM to 5 PM (Monday to Friday)

Reporting to Head of Agency

Responsibility

  • Planning & implementing all the marketing, sales and customer care related activities for the Assigned Area.
  • Set and achieve Assigned Area targets
  • Recruitment & training of Sales personnel.
  • Promote & manage the productivity of the field force.
  • Monitor and review function and take corrective actions
  • Competition tracking and analysis.
  • Accountable for overall profitability of the Assigned Area.
  • Ensure compliance of the Assigned Area on all audits and regulatory standards
  • Manage operating costs and supervise day to day operations
  • Supervise in upkeep of the Office Premises

Requirements

  • At least 6 8 years of experience of which 4 years preferably in Agency/Retail Sales & Head of Profit Centre.
