Position: HR Senior Manager

Salary: 100,000 120,000 THB / Month

Welfares: Annual Bonus

Location: Amata city - Chonburi

Working Day: Monday to Friday plus Saturday once a month

Business Type: Automotive Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for manage the overall Human Resources Management & Administration operations, which including recruitment, manpower planning, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational development, Employee Relations and Labour Union Management.
  • To give advice and reinforce the Company compliance with employment statues, rules and regulations.
  • To support all administrations & general affairs activities so that the Company is able to operate without any disruption.
  • To establish and maintain interpersonal relationships by developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
  • To resolve conflicts, negotiating and collective bargaining with labour union, handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, otherwise negotiating with others.
  • To identify, develop and deploy initiatives and best practices in communications, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development and total rewards for performance that encourage employee retention, job satisfaction and positive morale.
  • To have extensive knowledge of Thai Labor Laws
  • Maintain the good relationship with labor union and being the employers representative for annual Labor union negotiation.
  • Serving on the management team, managers and superior work forces in Human Resources issues.

Qualifications:

  • Male / Female, age 43 - 50 years old.
  • Thai nationality only.
  • Minimum Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related field.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in Human resources & General Affairs management with directly experience in labour union negotiation.
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skill.
  • Proactively & Flexible to manage issue resolution
  • Good command of English with computer proficiency.
