Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for Sales & Business Development including new account development

Develop Sales Plan and collaborate with internal team on delivery

Engage existing Customers on their technology roadmap and investment plan through building a

collaborative partnership with Customers

Demonstrate professionalism in interactions with clients and partners

Identify new opportunities (market segments) through introduction of new ideas and concepts

Respond quickly and efficiently to high-priority issues and contribute to teams deliverables

Develop and maintain pipeline of projects and prospects

Manage entire sales from pre-sales to post-sales

Achieving or exceeding sales targets through developing go-to-market strategies and solutions

Meet minimum sales gross margin and monitor invoicing and receivables

Review tender requirements and be responsible for submission of proposal

Maintain all customer-related documentation

Keep abreast of partners products and services

Keep up-to-date information of competitors (products & services, activities)

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or IT

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience preferably as a Manager in Sales - Technical/IT

Good understanding and background in Application Development

Self-driven and motivated individual

Willingness to travel as required
