About the job Assistant Sales Lead

Our client is foreign electrical manufacturer providing electrical system equipment now looking for one Assistant Sales Leader who has experience in bidding projects in related industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate business plans and sales strategies tailored to the market, ensuring the achievement of the company's sales objectives and profitability targets.
  • Set sales goals by forecasting and establishing annual sales quotas for the region, while projecting anticipated sales volume and profit margins.
  • Support the Sales Leader and Sales Director in determining annual unit and gross profit plans through the analysis of trends and performance outcomes.
  • Cultivate relationships with channel partners in business development and EPC sectors to identify new projects and clients within the Local and FDI markets (excluding some typical projects).
  • Monitor project progress.
  • Provide status reports on projects to the Sales Leader.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in the field of Electrical Engineering, encompassing areas such as electrical equipment, electric power systems, and automation.
  • Proficiency in English 
  • Professional Experience: About 5- 7 years experience in sales, marketing, or consulting solutions related to electrical systems.
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, presentation, project management, complex problem-solving, decision-making, critical thinking, and leadership
  • A strong desire to attract new customers is essential
  • Willingness to cultivate new relationships
