HR Executive (Assistant Manager Level)

What you'll do:

• Recruiting rockstars: Source and attract top talent, coordinate the hiring process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Reward and recognition: Manage compensation and benefits, conduct performance reviews, and implement employee recognition programs.
• Build a positive culture: Foster a fun and engaging workplace through team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Streamline operations: Oversee HR administration, manage the company budget, and ensure compliance with HR regulations.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG or startup environments
• Strong recruitment and compensation & benefits knowledge
• Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently
