Location : Ratchadaphisek, Bangkok

Responsibilities :

  • Carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment, hiring and onboarding process, compensation and benefits, payroll, training, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, affirmative action, and employment law compliance
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR programs, encompassing workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency and service delivery.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing potential candidates, conducting prescreening, arranging the interview process, and implementing interviews aligned with company vacancies
  • Collect and prepare employee documents for the hiring process, conduct orientation, and ensure all documents are correct, up-to-date, stored correctly, and complete
  • Research, analyze, and review compensation and benefits data, including salary structures and benefits in the Thailand market. Additionally, negotiate vendor contracts and handle other related tasks
  • Verify monthly attendance reports, generate the payroll report, and coordinate with outsourcing and Head Quarter to proceed with the payroll process
  • Research and stay updated on training trends, as well as plan suitable training courses based on the company's and employees' needs by gathering employee requirements to enhance their skills
  • Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assist in the implementation of personnel policies and procedures; maintain the employee handbook and policies and procedures manual
  • Maintain HR files of employees in the local office; liaise with Head Quarter HR in various HR functions
  • Maintain compliance with Thailand employment law and social insurance legislation

Qualifications :

  • Thai candidate and age no more than 40 years old.
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources, Political Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of HR work experience.
  • Experience in the IT industry or with a Chinese company is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Fluent in Chinese at HK 5 level or higher.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, customer-oriented, and multitasking skills.
