About the job Machine Manager (CNC)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of CNC Machines and local staff.
- Management of the machining process, including machine setup and part of maintenance.
- Promote quality improvement, utilization rate improvement, and cost reduction.
- Control of production line based on production plan.
- Makes improvements to set up process, improve efficiency and output - reduce setup time, reduce setup scrap.
- Establish CNC setup, qualification & troubleshooting procedures and train Operators and Contribute in training & development for CNC department personnel Technicians to be able to handle the process independently.
- Define, implement and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture of integrated heat spreaders.
- Generate programs, tooling lists, cutting parameters, jigs & fixtures, run simulations and tests.
- Work with production team and quality team to ensure all customer on time delivery.
- Other tasks assigned by company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Production, Mechanical) or relate filed.
- Must have experience in using CNC as production, expertise knowledge in CNC.
- Would be an advantage with basic experience with CadCam software.
- Experience in manager level for 10 years in manufacturing.
- Good command in English.
