Job Description:

1. Sales Management:

Develop sales goals and plans, ensuring the achievement of sales performance targets.

Design and execute sales promotion activities to increase product sales.

Monitor sales data, analyze market trends, and adjust sales strategies to meet market demands.

2. Store Establishment:

Responsible for the planning, layout, and decoration of new stores, ensuring they align with the company's image and brand standards.

Plan and execute grand opening events to attract customers and enhance the visibility of the new store.

3. Training and Team Management:

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team, ensuring they possess professional product knowledge and sales skills.

Develop training plans to enhance employee performance and team collaboration.

4. Visual Merchandising and Promotion:

Ensure organized and tidy product displays to maximize customer attention.

Plan and execute in-store promotional activities to increase product visibility and sales.

5. Inventory Management:

Ensure sufficient product inventory for new and existing stores.

Coordinate with the supply team to guarantee timely product supply and efficient inventory turnover.

6. Customer Service and Experience:

Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, addressing customer issues and complaints.

Supervise the team to maintain a clean, organized store and provide a pleasant shopping environment

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for relevant majors.

2. Over 3 years of retail management experience, with a preference for experience in personal care and beauty products.

3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a successful track record of leading sales teams.

4. Excellent sales and communication skills, capable of effectively guiding the team to achieve sales objectives.

5. Familiarity with retail business processes and market trends, possessing market analysis and decision-making abilities.

6. Strong business insight and innovative thinking, able to propose improvements and innovative suggestions.

7. Proficient in the use of office software.
