Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product strategies to achieve objectives aligned with the overall plan.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the brand and specialty care industry, effectively engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs) and identifying market opportunities for the product.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful new product launches and drive alignment across departments.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to generate innovative product ideas that address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Training Managers to equip the sales team with the skills necessary for a case-based approach and specialty care competencies.
  • Execute Multi-Channel Marketing (MCM) initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness and HCP engagement.
  • Manage the product portfolio and contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies for both new and existing products.
  • Organize and plan marketing activities, including new product launches, promotions, and communications to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Assist in developing pricing strategies and address issues related to product specifications, quality, and delivery schedules.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of product-related events and training sessions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify requirements for current and future products, including trends, pricing, new concepts, and packaging.
  • Arrange special events, such as seminars and exhibitions, to provide drug information to customers.
  • Offer product knowledge consultations, presentations, and training to customers and the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with opinion leaders and key customers.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Pharmacy; an MBA is a plus.
  • 3-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the Generic sector, with a focus on Neurology, Psychiatry, and Cardiology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Capable of working independently with a results-oriented mindset while collaborating effectively with others.
  • Proficient in strategic thinking and product management.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute tasks effectively and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results.
