Account Executive

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably within the manufacturing industry

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve accounting issues
• Support month-end closing procedures with accurate and timely record-keeping
• Efficiently manage high volumes of tasks and accounts with minimal supervision
• Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple priorities and adhere to tight deadlines
• Demonstrate proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Exhibit strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Display excellent relationship-building and collaborative teamwork skills
