Our client is looking for an ambitious, creative, and driven individual to join our team as a Domestic Sales & Marketing Officer. We need someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, enjoys learning independently, and is passionate about introducing premium authentic Thai food ingredients to Thailand and the world. This role is perfect for a self-starter who can take initiative, challenge the status quo, and inspire clients with fresh ideas and tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  1. Innovative Selling: Approach sales with curiosity and creativity, offering clients solutions they didnt know they needed.
  2. Market Expansion: Help the team proactively identify new opportunities and think outside the box to expand our customer base locally.
  3. Ownership: Take full responsibility for driving revenue and achieving sales targets, owning every step of the process from lead generation to close.
  4. Insightful Conversations: Build trust with clients by delivering insights and recommendations that challenge their assumptions and demonstrate your expertise.

Key Account Partnership

  1. Strategic Relationships: Develop deep, meaningful partnerships with key accounts, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  2. Customized Plans: Understand each clients unique business and craft tailored strategies to meet their needs while driving growth for the Blue Elephant product line.
  3. Problem-Solving: Use creative problem-solving skills to address challenges and deliver win-win solutions for clients and the company.
  4. Continuous Value: Find new ways to add value to key accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and staying ahead of their evolving needs.

Creative Collaboration

  1. Cross-Functional Synergy: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution and a stellar client experience.
  2. Market Feedback: Actively contribute ideas to improve products and processes based on your insights and observations in the field.
  3. Client-Focused Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing to design innovative campaigns and materials that align with client priorities.
