Job Description: Restaurant Manager (Seafood Buffet)

Location:
Valadecia Rooftop Restaurant (6th Floor, Parking Elevator Access)

Salary Range:
70,000 - 90,000 THB/month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of a 1,500 sqm seafood buffet restaurant with a seating capacity of 300 400 guests.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and dining experiences are delivered consistently.
  • Manage and lead a team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
  • Monitor and maintain food quality, safety, and hygiene standards in line with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient buffet setups, inventory control, and timely replenishment of dishes.
  • Plan and implement strategies to achieve financial targets, including cost control and revenue maximization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Thai nationality with proficiency in Chinese and English.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing buffet restaurants, preferably in a five-star hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage high-capacity restaurants and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in staff training, performance management, and creating a positive team culture.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and buffet restaurant operations.

  • 擅长员工培训、绩效管理及团队文化建设。
  • 熟悉食品安全标准及自助餐厅运营模式。
